work permit in sponsor ship

First I would like to thank you for any help you will provide.

My question is about family sponsorship.
I sent and they have confirmed receipt of the family sponsorship application on May1 2018.
Along with it we sent the work permit application.
I havent received any confirmation or news on the work permit?
Is it a seperate application number?

is you submitted inland sponsorship with OWP and IRCC has sent you AOR......your application was complete and both sponsorship and OWP are been processed.......AOR confirms receipt of both the sponsorship and OWP.

OWP is typically 4 months.

No fingerprints, but you would've had to provide police clearance certificate and the schedule background A form with your application. If you haven't, they will probably ask you to submit it.

Also some people had a problem with the fee payment, some only paid part of it think that was the whole fee. So also look into that. Because the latest I heard was May 25 applicants received their OWP. I would advice you to call and find out the status of your application.

Try using this number, which is probably what u r using now ...

Then navigate through these options 2, then 1, then 0 for the operator.
