Hi All,
Just wanna know what are the chances of Visa officer re-considering the application once it got rejected and now LMO has been expired.
So here is the story,
My brother in-law applied for Work permit Visa at New Delhi office. They rejected his file saying you won't leave Canada after specified time etc.
So then we did MP inquiry and we got reply from them saying some points which they received from cic.
Applicant is 22 years old single
Now the point is he is married age 30 with one kid and he did sent marriage certificate, child's birth certificate and mentioned it on the application too so why the hell that Visa officer put him as single and 22 years?
So we decided to send them a letter saying all these points that visa officer has missed information in this application and you need to re-consider this and check again all the details before refusing it.
LMO is already expired so we can't even apply again. Does anyone have any idea if they will reconsider the application again just by some more documents and proofs on the same application without addition fees and forms?
