I am working with a Canadian company for the last 13 months. I have a valid work permit (IT Worker - Exempted from HRDC approval) which will expire on August 30 2011.
This is my situation
BS Degree with Dual Major (16 years of education)
Canada work permit (13 months Currently Working on that job)
I have 10 years of exp - (Senior Software Architect – 4 Years US work experience on H1B)
I am 33 years age
Spouse masters (17 years MBA in HR – Recently got an open work permit)

I am planning to send my application to CIO next week
Can anyone guide me to know?
1) What are all the documents I need to send to CIO for claiming the points under Arranged employment?
2) Do I need to Provide AEO for claiming the arranged employment points?
3) Immigration application I need to provide Visa office details. Which visa office I need to mention?
I am from India and currently live in Canada.
4) Do I need take IELTS or is it ok I submit proof of English letters.
I would appreciate any help in this regard
Thanks..

IELTS SHOULD BE TAKEN.

Thanks for the Info..

I am in dilemma whether to choose New Delhi or Buffalo..
I have gone thru the forums its seems that processing time in Delhi is faster compare to buffalo . Expecting your valuable opinions on this...

ND is faster these days.

According to Canadavisa.com

"If you are residing in Canada at the time of your application, you can submit your application to the Canadian Immigration Visa Office in Buffalo, New York"

Does it mean that I can't choose my Home country visa office in case if i am living in Canada ?
