My parents are here in Canada and have a stay for more then 6 months (Healthy, Can work) According to this, can they apply for work permit ?

Is there anyone who went through the process and can help ?

Eligibility requirements if you apply from inside Canada
  • you’re eligible for a post-graduation work permit and your study permit is still valid;
  • you have a temporary resident permit that is valid for six months or more;
  • you’re waiting on a decision on an application for permanent residence from inside Canada;
  • you made a claim for refugee protection;

No - they don't qualify. You have misunderstood the rule above.

They hold TRVs (regular tourist visas). The above rule only applies to TRPs. TRPs are a special class of visa (very difficult to get) that is reserved for people who are inadmissible to Canada, typically due to a crime or something similar.

If your parents want to work in Canada, they need to secure a job offer and approved LMIA from an employer and then apply for a closed work permit.

Make sense, thank you.
