Work permit for spousal outland application

Im wondering if i need to apply for a work permit with my PR application. I've seen some people say outland does not but inland does. If anyone could clarify that id appreciate it!

Oh so I can just get there and start applying for jobs or start working if i already have a job offer?

No. You can only work if your PR application has been approved and you are a permanent resident. If you apply inland and add an open work permit then you could start working once you get that, which takes a few months.

Right sorry thats what i meant, were planning on outland application, so once my app gets accepted and i move there i can start working. Awesome thank you for the information!
