Work permit for principal & spouse after nomination but before PR

Hello all,

I sent my application for PNP in December 2013 and I have gotten my acceptance letter March 25, 2014. I will be applying for PR as soon as I have everything ready.

Now, in the meant time I need to apply for a Work permit and an open work permit for my spouse. How do I do that?? I looking for the information but I can not find anything specific.
