Work Permit for diff employer

I have a Canada 1 year work permit along with a LMO for a particular employer.
Now the employer has refused my Canada stint on budget constraints.
So can I use the work permit for some other employer who offers me a job offer in Canada?
also if yes, do let me know how can I find a job in Canada?

No - you can't use your existing work permit for another employer.

If you wish to work for a different employer, your new employer will have to obtain an approved LMO and then you will have to apply for a new work permit.
