Hello ,

I am trying to find a method to bring my girlfriend in Canada as soon as possible.In the next few weeks I will receive my LMIA .I heard that once I will get my work permit she can get an open work permit too. Is that true ?

It will depend on 1) what skill level your job is and 2) if you actually qualify as common-law.

It's skill level B. NOC 7284 .We have 9 years together and common bank account.If that isn't enough we can also get married.
