Work Permit For 2 years along with LIMA

Dear All,
I have contact with an consultancy firm who work for Temporary Work visa for 2 years. They said that they will provide detail job offer letter along with LIMA. Its an firm and I need to work as a Packaging Helper. They will not take any money before the visa. After reaching in canada I need to pay them. So I am really confused right now. Are they real or scam. They provide me some sample of their previous client LImA & offer letter. Can any one tell me after 2 year can I apply for the PR. Because in offer letter they didnt mention to extend the time of validity. Also is there any possibility that canadian immigration could sent me back from the airport?please need your help to validate his information.

Post a copy of the offer letter here with personal details removed given for the job role seems very unlikely any employer could get an LMIA. An LMIA application costs an employer 1000 dollars by the way plus advertising costs for the job to ensure no resident available. It does not sound genuine to me but others will comment as well.
