Work permit extension

Hi everyone, can I extend my work permit .? I m on my PGWP now which is expiring soon and I have a valid skill job now, can I extent my work permit with the job offer I have? I have been working in the same for an year and now got permanent job offer. Also I have to still make one more year experience to get desired Pr scores.

No, you can't. The employer needs a positive LMIA for you to be able to apply for another work permit.
