Hi all.

I was asking if I have a post-graduation work permit (open work permit) of one year. And find a job and worked on this job under that work permit. After the work permit period is finished, should the employer do the Labour Market Impact Assessment to extend my work permit?

Yes - the employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.
