Work permit extension

Hi All,

I need urgent suggestion regarding what option I should select in form IMM5710E for work visa extension.

I came to canada in 2011 and completed my masters in 2012, I got post graduate work permit for 1 year and applied for PNP, Now I have PNP supporting letter for work permit extension and I want to extend my work permit.

The Question I have here with all of you is in this form Q.3 What should I select ?? I am applying 1 of more of the following:


Appreciate if anyone can help me .. my work permit is going to expire soon and I am really worried now .

I am guessing but u can choose wp with same employer as u will be applying for an open work permit
