My case is complicated
My English is bad Sorry , I hope you understand my message.
I worked illegally, by accident, and I informed CBSA and IRCC also I have t4 and paystatment.
I have sent my application with a letter of apology and an explanation of my case and also the information of the investigative officer CBSA contact information to IRCC
I explained that I was exploited by the recruitment office and the employers
I just explained the situation.
I told them I don't want anything,I just want to fix my mistake.
I told them I was ready to investigate but the
They didn't call me.??
I applied for work permit extension last year April 2020.and slso I included letter apologize
My application was moved in September to cpc edmonton Edmonton,
I'm Specific employer No Lmia .close work permit .
I workerd in restaurant in kamloops Bc -July-2018 until October /2018
And my emplyer told me I will be transferred to restaurate in Kelowna Bc
From October 2018 until January 2019 So I worked without authorization And I have t4 restaurant in kamloops and t4 restaurant in Kelowna Bc I 'didnt know I was working illigaly and i blame myself for making this huge mistake

PA provided a strong explanation circumstances regarding their case and file. Letter mentions it appears the PA wasn't sure about being upfront with working without authorization. The letter also mentions a brief history of all cook related jobs the PA has had in the past. PA provided offer of employment- states PA's position is full-time. PA provided health and safety certificates from food training courses. RECOMMENDATION: Review required.

In that case there's really nothing you can do but wait and hope for a positive decision. No one here is going to be able to guess the outcome of your extension.

I waited 14 months and I told them that my case is complicated.
For me, the officer ircc should call me for an investigation..with my respect to ircc
For me its hard and a lot of pressure .
I suffered a lot with the first and second employer and the recruitment office.
For more than a year, I am in implied status.
I hope the Immigration Department will accept my letter apology.
I have to wait 4 months more for the final
decision total 18 month time processing
