My work permit expired March 2012, in December 2011 my employer requested a new LMO in preparation for a new work permit, so far LMO application has been turned down three times on the grounds that form submitted was not the correct one, another application was sent again just to be turned down again now on the grounds that my employer should have had an ad posted looking for candidates, new application has been sent out and still waiting for a response from HRDSC. Now I would like to know do I get an implied status until the final response arrives or what should I do?
