Work Permit Eligibility for CEC

Hi,
I entered on work permit last year in Sept and stayed in Toronto for 2 days.
Then traveled to Toronto total 3 times for 2 days, 7 days and 2 days on my work permit for 2 months working for a client.
And rest of the time I worked for same client from overseas in those 2 months.

After 2 months in Nov officially then I moved to Canada by internal transfer as permanent employee on same work permit.
I am trying to understand , eligibility for CEC, does it apply when my work permit activated in Sept or when I started job as permanent employee in Nov.

I have my existing PR application on going , currently working for same company .
I would like to understand when can I update 1 year of Canadian experience so that I can take the benefit of CEC scheme.
And what sort of documentation proof required for that CEC.

you need to work full in canada for canadian employer since ur work permit started. you can calculate urself, how many hours you worked. it has to minimum 52 weeks and 30 hr/week.
