Work Permit duration and Passport expiry

Hi I applied for a 2 year work permit but since my passport was expiring in an year , they issued a work permit only for a year at the port of Entry which expires in Dec 2013. Now i have my passport renewed. What options do i have ? Can someone help in this matter ?

You have to apply for WP extension, there might be a possibility that you might require Positive LMO for your WP extension.

You have no other choice except to follow the same process you followed while you applied for WP an year ago.
