Work Permit document type

Hi Everyone,

I was delivered the work permit today.

But I was wondering if this is the only document (A4 paper) that I have to hold as a proof of my temporary residence in Canada or if I should ask (from Service Ontario, Service Canada, or any specific government organisation) for a card with my photo that I should hold/ submit as a proof of temporary residence.

Nope, there's nothing else you can get. Keep that document very carefully. Make copies, but don't laminate it.

That's it. You can get a driver's license or an Ontario ID for general identification so you dont need to use passport.
