Work Permit Delay With no response since July

Hi guys, I need help please, here is my situation:

I arrived to Montreal on 19 April 2017 with a close work permit for 18 months.
After that I get my CSQ in June 2018
I applied for a work permit extension online with the same employer in 16 July 2018 and I added my wife to my application so she suppose to get an open work permit as well

Until now I did not get any response from them, not for my application neither for my wife application, it passes more than 4 months and the application suppose to be done in 66 days.
my current work permit was expired in 31 October 2018

Did somebody have any idea about this delay?
What I did Wrong ?
I am trying to call them but no response.

Hi

I applied the July 6th for a work permit renewal+ spouse renewal permit and still waiting. I live in Montreal and my visa expired October 24th.
We needed to go to the pediatrician for my baby and no RAMQ anymore after the 31th october for all of us.
I am french, my wife is chinese and my baby canadian
