Hi folks, I submitted my AINP EE application today - the processing of which could take a few months. My open work permit expires on June 10, 2022. In the likelihood that my permit expires before my nomination, can anyone suggest what should be my next steps? I want to keep working in my current company but I don't think I'll get an LMIA from them (they're a small org), but more importantly, how do I stay in Canada? Will have to switch to a tourist visa? What is the process for that?

Has anyone been through the same situation, and if so, what did they do? I'm not just looking for absolutely legal options, if there are loopholes I can exploit, please let me know.
