Hi,

Can someone help me my work permit has been approved for my working holiday visa but they still have not sent it to mycic account. I cant seam to get any help as i just keep getting told to put it in a email. Its just a matter of resending it but for some reason they see it not as simply as that :-/. i was told i can report it as a technical error and the response time is 5 working days but where is this option in mycic account i cant find it. why is somthing so simple been made so hard?? what is wrong with this world today.
