So we've applied for an Open Work permit within Canada on April 27th. It is still being processed, for some reason the paper applications have not been processed in over a month and are stuck at April 11th processing date.
However, the online applications are still beign processed.
Is it possible to submit an online application as well, but get a refund for whichever type of application does not get processed?
