Work permit -App status

I applied for my work permit May,2018.I have done my biometrics at vfs lagos-nigeria and till this moment no reply.I tried writing to the embassy in Ghana but I keep getting this automated reply"if your application is in order we will not reply you".What do I do,its over 10months,I am tired
