I'm a student studying a 2 year Diploma course at Okanagan College Kelowna. I wanted to know if I apply for PGWP, can I get a PR? Is there any chance that my PR can be rejected? What is the process after completing the 2 year diploma course if it is possible? What kind of jobs can I apply to?

Whether you can apply for PR will depend on whether you meet the requirements of an economic immigration program and if you are selected. Canada has a number of different programs that work in different ways - you'll need to spend time researching them. I would recommend that you start with the Express Entry program and the research the PNP programs. Studying in Canada and having a PGWP does not guaranteed PR.

Yes - there's always some chance PR may be refused.

The process after completing the diploma depends on how you plan to apply for PR. Again, you'll need to research Canada's economic immigration programs.

You can apply for any job you want. However you have the highest chance for PR, you want to be working in a NOC A, B or 0 skill role after you finish school.
