Work permit and lMo dilemma

I have applied for LMO in Quebec in the first week of May. I am still waiting for reply from HRSDC. My work permit is valid till July 31st. My question is if I don't receive my LMO before July 31st does it mean I have to go back to India or is there anything else i can do and still work here. If i receive LMO before 31st July 2012, I still wont be getting my work permit renewed before that time. What should I do to continue my work with my present employee?

Can you please tell how much time it took for your LMO & CAQ to arrive?

I have applied for my CAQ/LMO and it is 6 weeks now and yet to hearback from MICC about the LMO?CAQ approval.
