work permit after 2 year study in 2 diff states

Hello everyone,
I am in critical situation right now!
I am completing my one year program in this April from.ontario and for September I wish to take admission in Concordia university at Quebec ...
Now as per work permit rules, will it get me the work permit for 3 years?
Please help.

1. You would only be eligible once you have completed your degree at Concordia. At the present time you would only get a 1 year PGWP if you didn't continue your studies .
2. You don't get your PGWP until all your studies are completed.
