My work permit is about to expire.
I am going to submit a work permit extension application and understand that between my work permit expiration date and the decision date, I will be on implied status.
1) Does my 90 day restoration period start from my work permit expiration date or the decision date of my work permit extension?
2) For the 90 day restoration period, is it an automatic switch upon the above or can it only be given if it is applied for?
