Hi,

After completing the 8 months course, if one gets a full-time job can they start working before they apply for PGWP.

Is it legal? As the person is still on student permit and has not submitted the application for PGWP.

If yes, is this experience counted towards CEC?

You can count your work experience once you apply for your PGWP

No, you cannot work full-time before you actually apply for a PGWP. If you do, it will be illegal. You are only allowed to work part-time.
