Work in summer

Hi everyone,
I'm an international student, doing GBC and going to graduate this April. I already applied for transfer credit to York U in September 2019 and got accepted, also got a new study-permit (I can work part-time with that study-permit). I want to ask if I can work this summer, because I will be graduating from GBC and technically have not attended the course at YorkU yet?

Thank you! So basically if I have a new study-permit and meet the [R186(v)], I can work full-time this summer right?
