I got graduated from Toronto with a 2-year diploma course. I am planning to move to Nova scotia for PR under PNP. one employer is providing me Technical Support Representative job work from home. will that experience be counted towards filling PNP after completion of 1 year?

You need to look at the requirements for NS PNP/Atlantic PNP. For AIPP, You need a job offer from a “designated” employer, for example and not all employers are designated.
