first you have know that is your profile is in demand or not, in Canada. if is in demand then go for further process by self or You can also process with the help of immigration agents or consultants, but be aware of their experience and success rates. The adviser also helps you in documentation and takes care that you do not forget about any particular work. There are many immigration consultants available but you should see which agent provides transparency in the immigration process. For better process and help, a good consultation should be an advocate or lawyer in Canada.So when you decide to process with the agent, you have to check all their details
You need to find an employer in Canada to sponsor an LMIA which is almost impossible and would think very unlikely for an accounts clerk role given there would probably be plenty of residents available in Canada for that role . An employer would need to show nobody already resident in Canada was available.
Whilst the previous poster refers to consultants you should be very careful in employing a consultant given many will promise you a job , take your money and then tell you there was no job or the job has been taken. Consultants are in business to make money and may promise anything.
