My designation has changed thrice in the same company. Should I add 3 different rows in the work history section while creating express entry profile ? Please suggest.

My designation has changed thrice in the same company. Should I add 3 different rows in the work history section while creating express entry profile ? Please suggest.

If the NOC code does not change throughout the three designations, Do not bother filing it. And get the reference letter for the latest designation.
