While filling the work history section in the EE profile, do I need to make multiple entries for multiple designations with the same NOC in one company? Or should I add only one entry with the last designation?

Depends on your work reference letter. If it’s split per designation with related dates and duties, then show the same in EE even if it’s the same NOC.
