In Work History shall i mention the details seperately with different Employer name like ABC LTD. and ABC America's with different Country/territory
Or shall i consider it as same experience and mention my USA Location?

Mention it separately for each city. However, you can get details of both the positions on a single letter and use it for both the positions while uploading reference letter.
