Work History Current Employer

Hi. I am expecting to get ITA this coming draw. O just have concern regarding my work history as I had listed them all on my profile.

I am under one noc for the past 10 years from 3 employers.

Emplyer 1 - 4 years and 5 months
emplyer 2 - 1 year and 10 months
current emplyer - 3 years and 5 months now

I have reference letters from employer 1 and 2 except for current employer.

Now I am planning to delete my current employer on my wok history since they dont want to give me reference letter same as IrCc requirement. removing it wont reduce my score since employer 1 and 2 has already 6 years of cumulative exp.

FSw score is same.

could delting is ok?
