Work Experince & LMIA questions

i. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
I have 1 year of canadian exp skill level B

ii. In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?
For the above question i dont no what to answer. Is it same as above like total would be 1 yr. i dont hve any other exp.

8.Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?
i have a job offer currently working 1 yr. I am in my open work permit, so i dont need an LMIA. I am not sure what to answers coz it carried 50points. Please help.

You hold a PGWP so the answer to the valid job offer question is no. You would need to have an approved LMIA to claim the 50 job offer points.

but the question says if needed right, so what does that mean? i have valid job offer which says permanent full time on it.

If you hold an open work permit, your employer MUST be listed on your work permit to get the 50 job offer points. This is one of the mandatory Express Entry requirements to claim the 50 job offer points on an open work permit. You hold a PGWP. PGWPs do not have employers listed. So you cannot get the 50 points with this work permit.

Again, if you want the 50 points, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Otherwise you don't qualify for the job offer points.
