Work experince for director manager

I was director manager of IT Company for 3 years. So, I was the highest manager in our company.
How can i provide reference letter for myself?
I have some documents that proof I am director manager on these years. Is it enough for my work experience?

The title 'Director Manager' sounds quite odd in itself.

I think he must mean Managing Director?

Have your HRD make the reference letters. note that reference letters are not the ones you usually find when applying for a job. These mostly pertains to Job Description, Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Salary & benefits or payslips, employment contracts.
