Hi,


I want to know whether can i get points in FSW eligibility and crs points if i have overlaps experience for 2 different companies.

One is part time and another is full time with same NOC

1 From Mar/2019 (Still active) (Part time) Financial Analyst (part-time/ project-basis) L& T Company (1112) NOC 20 Hrs week

2 From Mar/2020 till Dec 2020 (Full time) Financial Analyst – Sawa for Development & Aid (1112) NOC 36 hrs week

Can you help me whether i can claim points for both as duration is same for but companies are different

You can't double count.

If you worked 36 hours in Job 2 and then 20 hours in Job 1 within the same week - this still only counts as 1 week of work experience.
