I started working on 2 January ,2018. I worked 32 hours /weekly for 2years until 28th December ,2019.
so I worked 1664 hours for two years .
My question is my job letter states I started on 2 January,2018 and ended my employment on 28th December,2019.
Thus am I short of 4 days for 2 years experience?

Your experience must be at least:

One year of full-time work
30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours), or
equal amount in part-time hours, such as:
15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.

We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

This is what states on IRCC website according to that you will be 4 days short. Now experts will shed some light on this never came across somebody with this situation

Yes. I meet both the requirements.
1. 1560 hours in a year . I have worked 1664 in a year.
2. Work for 24 months. I did work for 24 months

I have one more inquiry,
my score was 503 .
I had a trade certificate (waste water management ) . But I got a refusal stating that I don’t possess the certificate of qualifications thus bringing my score to 453.
I had the same 2 years experience. So according to my understanding, my work experience was fine but the trade certificate was not .
please enlighten

Calendar years are not relevant here, for this purpose 1 year equals to 52 weeks (in which you have worked at least 30 hours). This way 1 years equal to 1560 hours (52*30).

If during this period you worked for at least 104 weeks and 30 hours or more in each week, you are good to go.

I just reviewed your dates again.

Looks like you started work on a Tuesday (presumably because Monday was a public holiday) and your last work day was a Saturday. Under these circumstances, I would tend to think that IRCC would count this as two years' work experience. But that's just my opinion - the official definitions are not specific enough to say for sure.

Not necessarily. The fact that you got rejected for not meeting one requirement does not mean that you automatically met all the other ones. They may have simply looked at your certificate first, decided that they won't accept it and didn't even bother to investigate your work experience in detail.

But again, I do think you have a good chance for your work experience to count as two years. But I don't know for sure.
thanks sir , really appreciate the help.

But the problem is OP possibly didn't because technically OP wasn't employed for a full 104 weeks. And given OP's employment contract apparently was for 32 hours per week, it may be assumed that he worked only 4/5 of that in one of these weeks. This comes to 25.6 hours.

So OP has 103 weeks * 30 hours per week and 1 week * 25.6 hours per week. That's 3,115.6 hours total, but for it to count as 2 years' work experience, it would need to be 3,120.
Each person should assess their time worked, of course the scenario I mentioned is one in which someone has worked for at least 30 hours every week, when this changes (if less) more time is of course needed to meet the requirement.
