I was on work permit for one year and before it was Getting expired, i filed for bridging open work permit as i was almost there for the point score.
That bridging work permit was rejected as i didn’t received the invitation by time.
Does the time period after applying for bridging open work permit counts?
It took 3 months for that decision and as it was rejected, will the time period be counted in my experience status

No - it doesn't count. Since your BOWP was rejected, any work experience you gained after your original work permit expired is classified as working without authorization and cannot be counted towards PR.
