I need your help and guidance. I have submitted my EE profile and stand at 470CRS score. I am working with a local NGO based in Islamabad. I have joined the organization in September 2015 and till February 2018 my salary was in cash. After that they started transferring salary in bank account till date. I am currently employed at the same company. I have not been promoted to higher ranks neither my JDs changed in the organization. However, my salary kept on increasing with regular increments.
Can you please guide me on the format of work experience letter for this case?
Do i need to mention all my salaries throughout the employment period in experience letter or just the current one?
As a proof of employment, I can show my all salary slips till date as well as bank account statements from Feb 2018 onward. Would that be sufficient to satisfy about my job experience?
Also please tell me what else would be required to show proof of employment?
