You can choose to exclude the work experience from 'Work History' section, if you're not claiming points for the same.
However while entering the details in 'Personal History' section, you'll be asked to enter your details since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.

I was management trainee in HR, so it matches with NOC 1223

but they say not to put work done during apprenticeship process.... is it similar to management trainee or something different? confused

If your work experience was during your studies in Canada then it won't count.

Otherwise it counts as long as you actually performed the duties of the NOC that you've chosen.

Hello,

I am confuse what NOC to Choose.

I am working in a private manufacturing company in the Philippines as an finance/accounting analyst doing general accounting works. The title is under NOC 1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants but upon checking the description," Financial auditors and accountants are employed by auditing and accounting firms throughout the private and public sectors, or they may be self-employed."

Can anyone help me which is a better NOC option.?

Hi, Does the work experience gained while working as a management trainee in NOC 2175 (Skill type A) will be counted for FSW Express Entry profile. Employed through Campus Placement after M.Tech. from PEC. Pls. suggest.
