I was employed in a company as research analyst since 2009 and in year 2011 the company was closed and I did nt got any opportunity in the field so I switch to other company as accounts officer. now again I have job as a research analyst and I want to apply for Canadian immigration as research analyst, how will they check my work experience and I am working as research analyst since a month only
1. is it important to have relevant experience of last two year? I was accounts officer not research analyst.
2. how will they verify from the company which is already closed?
please help!!

1. It's required to have at least 1 year of experience in past 10 years in any NOC listed for FSWP2014.

2. The only proof of employment which will 100% satisfy CIC is a Reference Letter, drawn as per their requirements. If the company is closed, letter should be given by a former supervisor/HR/employee + supported by all the relevant papers one is able to provide (work contracts, payment slips, etc.)

thanks for answer sir!! so I can apply on my 2009 to 2011 experience!!! and its not even important that I am employed currently or not?

what are the requirements of reference letter drawn as per CIC recommendations???

You need an experience letter and a letter from the company that describes your job responsibilities, How are you going to manage that, if you apply on the basis of your 2009 to 2011 experience.

No, neither your current employment status, nor the NOC under which you're currently employed doesn't matter for FSWP.
Read their guidelines carefully and you will see for yourself:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp
In this guide you will also find Document Checklist, consult it to find out how a Reference letter should look like and which information it should include.
