work experience split

Hi,

I have 13.5 months experience in one company,( sep 2019 to oct 2020) then from dec 2020 till now i am working,

is the second and third year of experience calculated after the one and half month gap ( half October and November full) or they count only the Continuous working months

if continuous working months are counted ill get 3 years experience points by September 2022

or is it the other way around

The 1.5 months you were not working cannot be counted as work experience. You need to work until December to have 3 years to make up for the 1.5 month gap.

1.5 months wont be counted..

But

since I have 13.5 months experience in first company , 15 months and counting in second company total i will have 36 months of work except for that one month ( November 2020) by September 2022..if only working months are considered

Will they consider only cumulative working months or they want us to complete 1 or 2 or 3 year's in ONE company to be eligible?
