I have been working in my family business for a little more than two years. It is a proprietorship firm, with around 10 employees. My job description matches with my NOC. I can get reference letter from my father as he is the proprietor. My questions are:

1. Will a reference letter from my father count?

2. I do not have pay slips as it is proprietorship company. However, I can show salary credited in my bank statement. Will that help and for how many months should I show?

3. As my yearly income was below 2.5L, I did not file tax return until recently. Is this a problem?

4. Finally, I have started my own business in the same field of work recently, along with being employed at my family business. Do I need to mention this in my work experience?

Kindly advice on the best course of action. Thanks in advance!
