work experience refrence letter

hello respected memebers
i have doubt regarding the refrence letter.
in my refrence letter they mentioned the salary on which i was given appointment.
but due to covid situation, my salary is not credited monthly and aslo they are deducting 20 percent salary. so is that not an issue as my bank statement showing less salary credited that mentioned in my refrence letter . this is my current job
