Hi seniors,

One of my friends is eligible both under Canadian Experienced Class and Federal Skilled Worker program. However, he doesn't want to claim his foreign work experience as it's a pain. In that case, is it okay not include his foreign work experience under "work experience" in his profile but include under personal history? He previously included his foreign experience in his previous applications to CIC so he just doesn't want to do any misrepresentation.

Thanks!

He has either worked or has not! If he has worked under legal circumstances, paid taxes and got paid salary then it goes under work experience.
Don't confuse your officer.

All the best,

Yes, he can safely do this, as long as he doesn't need the points...

Hi,
I am concern about my previous work exp point in express entry, i have one year exp in India but now the company is closed and there is no way i can able to get any contact info. Also they paid me in cash so i don't have the pay stub. while i was applying for the student visa i did show them my current working letter from that company, i do have the appointment and resignation letter but nothing more then that.
so my question is is it possible i can get the foreign work exp point ?
