Hi everyone,

I just got my referance letter from my past employer and they said I worked an average of 28-30 hours for two years.

I know that it says "Your experience must be at least 12 months of full-time (30 hours of paid work per week or more) or an equal amount in part-time hours."

Would I still get points for at least one year of work experience? Do work experience hours have to all be in one calendar year?

Advise would be really appreciated!!!!

Yes.

No. Part-time work is accepted at pro-rated value. An average of 28-30 hours per week (LOL, let's call that "29") means you would have to work a couple of extra weeks to meet the full-time equivalent (FTE) of one year, but you have done that.

HOWEVER, if you had some weeks of more than 30 hours, you can only count a maximum of 30 hours if you add them up....
