Hi,

Overall I am applying for the NOC 1212, because I have the relevant experience.

Apart from this I am currently confused in which field should I enter the following experience. I was working as Service Quality Officer at JS Bank Pakistan.

I had the following duties.

1. Supervised and monitored the performance of CROs in the North Region.
2. Branch Visits
a. Conduct branch visits of the South Region.
b. Track Issues faced by the branches by visiting / spending time in branches and other units.
c. Conduct Quality Check through Branch Visit Checklist.
d. Verify data to ensure 100% compliance.

3. ISM Monitoring
a. Ensuring that the developed ISMs are followed in all the relevant segments / business.
b. Monitoring and updating of service standards related to different segments across the bank.
c. Tracking of ISMs in the assigned segments / business.
d. Maintaining monthly performance reports of all the relevant segments / business.

4. Missing CNIC, Nadra Token & Expired CNIC
a. Compilation and reporting the MIS to relevant stakeholders.

5. Facilitate all segments in the region to achieve the key milestones of Service Quality Learning Curve.

6. Explore new areas / segments and develop service culture

7. Conduct Call Audits:
a. Branch Call Audits.
b. Product Call Audits

8. Follow-up – Branch Issues:
a. Resolving issues faced by branches and other units on a regular basis.
b. Provide branches with tools and environment necessary to maximize productivity.
c. Tracking of branch issues and their timely resolution

9. Service Huddles:
a. Conduct monthly service reviews and meetings in area of responsibility between Retail, Operations, and Compliance & CPU.
