If we are from IT industry and been working for an IT firm in india for 9 years. Does the foreign deputation count as the foreign experience.

Can we show it in our experience, if we have worked for 2 years onsite to a different country?

Absolutely ! You remained employed to your home country employer and did not get a intra company transfer. When you said deputation I would assume that's your situation. Just add it in your work experience list. Even if you had a intra company transfer these 2 years is a part of your work experience.
