Hi,

Guys, I hope you are all doing well and good things are happening around you.

I am researching the Express Entry option to Canada, and I was wondering whether I could show the experience letters from my companies to prove my work experience instead of pay stubs,

Has anyone else successfully used his experience letters to show his work experience.

Also, If he has 4 years out of total 8 years of work experience to show his eligibility as per an NOC classified job, can he just show those 4 years or would he have to show all the 10 years. Has anyone done the same?

I would really appreciate your reply regarding the same.

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I am just putting my questions in point form for better understanding.

1) So does this mean that Experience letters are sufficient proof of work experience. That will save me the pain of retrieving my pay stubs, some of which I discarded in the trash bin a long time back.

2) The link that you stated does say:

"If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years])."

So, if the work experience is in India, you don't need any tax information slips?

3) Also, Do volunteering projects done for multiple non-profit organizations through coding camps (I can clarify if you don't what are coding camps) count as valid work experience if certified through letters?
